ketamine group therapy - connection and growth
At Elument, we believe in the power of connection—both within yourself and with others. In today’s world of disconnection, Ketamine assisted therapy groups offer a way to foster authentic relationships while reconnecting with the parts of yourself that need healing. Through both an inner journey with ketamine and a shared group experience, participants explore deeper layers of themselves in a safe, supportive environment.
Facilitated by a compassionate, highly-trained therapist, Ketamine group therapy brings together individuals on similar paths. This dynamic deepens personal healing, creating space for connection, support, and integration, all while aligning with our mission of increasing access to psychedelic therapy. An added benefit: group Ketamine sessions are offered at approximately half the cost of individual ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
who are ketamine assisted therapy groups designed for?
These group experiences are designed for individuals who:
- Seek clarity on their life’s path and purpose.
- Feel stuck or stagnant and desire movement.
- Yearn for deeper psychological and spiritual growth.
- Want to connect more deeply with their intuition and inner wisdom.
- Are navigating difficult life transitions and seeking support.
- Feel like life seems "fine" on paper, yet something essential feels missing.
how does group ketamine therapy work?
Combining the therapeutic power of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with the support of others deepens the healing experience. Ketamine Group Therapy allows participants to share insights, receive compassionate feedback, and connect to their healing in a more collective, relational way. The unique group dynamic can also reduce isolation and foster a sense of belonging.
Each group ketamine series will include an individual intake and medical evaluation, three group preparation sessions, three group ketamine sessions, and three group integration sessions. Preparation and integration sessions will run either via zoom or in-person. Ketamine sessions will be three hours and will take place at our office in Berry Hill.

WHAT TO EXPECT
what happens in a group ketamine therapy session?
Sessions last around 2.5 to 3 hours. We begin with a group check-in, setting a calm and grounded tone. Participants share what’s present for them—whether emotions, thoughts, or expectations. We will then offer some mindfulness exercises or breathwork so we can all deepen into this special space together.
Next, we move into the ketamine journey, with each person experiencing it introspectively with the aid of headphones and eyeshades.
Afterward, we transition into group integration, where we process the experience together. This shared integration supports personal insights while offering connection and shared wisdom.
what will the group ketamine therapy include?
- Highly trained therapists/facilitators with a small ratio of clients to therapist for a highly supported experience
- Weekly supportive sessions with guided mindfulness meditations, breathwork, and movement
- Chances for deep sharing and active listening
- Supportive group integration processes
- Access to one-on-one support from therapists outside of regular sessions
- Integration resources and materials to continue your healing journey outside of group
