Shannon

Shannon Eubanks, PharmD

Shannon Eubanks, PharmD, has experience working on the front line of healthcare innovation, providing executive leadership for high-growth companies. She is skilled in business strategy, clinical operations, digital health, and scaling operations. Shannon holds a doctorate in pharmacy, maintains clinical licensure, and completed an internal medicine residency. She has had a professional interest in the history, pharmacology, and clinical applications of plant medicines for over 30 years. Dr. Eubanks has additionally trained in the art and science of psychedelic-assisted therapy, psychopharmacology, ketamine-assisted therapy, principles of harm reduction, addiction medicine, integrative and longevity medicine. She is proud to lead Elument, a modern mental health and wellness company that offers breakthrough therapies, specializing in psychedelic-assisted therapies in a safe and medically supported setting.

Robert

Robert DeSalvo, LCSW

Robert DeSalvo, LCSW, is a pioneer for psychedelic-assisted therapy in the Southeast. With more than 15 years of experience as a therapist specializing in healing trauma, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, anxiety and depression, he was the first trained in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy in Tennessee and is also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Cannabis Assisted Psychotherapy. Robert's training encompasses diverse therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy, and more, making him well-equipped to support clients from various backgrounds. Beyond his clinical expertise, Robert has contributed significantly to the field by serving on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Psychotherapy Institute, co-founding the Social Work Association of Middle Tennessee, and holding the position of Vice President at the Rutherford County Psychotherapy Association.

Lindsey

Lindsey Weiner, LMSW

Lindsey Weiner, is a Licensed Master's Social Worker and a dedicated psychedelic therapy practitioner. She blends somatic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and her extensive experience with nonordinary and transpersonal states into her practice. In addition to completing a comprehensive psychedelic medicine apprenticeship, Lindsey is trained in Hakomi (somatic mindfulness psychotherapy), Somatic Experiencing, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Lindsey cultivates a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for healing, helping individuals connect with their inner wisdom and resilience as they embark on a profound path of self-discovery and connection. Her services encompass a wide range of therapeutic options, including general therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and personalized guidance for psychedelic preparation and integration.
